HI there everybody, Has anyone else noticed that the people that sell AMC cars(as well as the other cars I am sure) are one of two things. Either they are all a bunch of people who either never drive their car or inherited it from some person who never drove it. It is really kind of funny. Here are some miles for the cars listed on Ebay. 1969 Javelin 63,500 1966 Rambler American 440 98,446 1976 Hornet 72,408 1960 Rambler Deluxe 87,000 1966 Marlin 68,502 1969 AMbassador SST 43,000 1968 AMX 54,571 1960 Rambler Custom 68,500 Thank God for this guy who makes up for this ridiculous miles with this estimation 1974 Matador 922,337,204!! Then back to the little old lady cars 1968 AMX 30,500 1969 Rambler 20,000 1976 Pacer 84,000 1970 Javelin 74,616 1970 Rebel Machine 68,358 1960 Rambler 61,000 1960 Rambler Ambassador 79,000 C'mon!! This is just silly! Are they all expecting us to believe that these AMC cars are never driven? Is it because the people were too embarrassed to be seen in a car that was no built by the Big 3? Seriously go to Ebay and search for AMC. The way I see it is that most of these cars were not driven lately. My Gremlin sat in a field for Who-knows-how-many-years. Hmmm, my odometer says 68,000 Could it be that I have a real AMC Gremlin survivor? I think that these people think that since the odometer only goes to 99999, that is the maximum miles that an AMC car can exist. If it says 80,000, then by God, there must be only 80,000 miles on there!! I think that is enough ranting for the day. Peace Paul Yahoo!
