I'd just try backing it up and stopping a few more times and see if it 
goes away during normal type stops since it sounds like the adjustment 
is pretty close. I wouldn't worry about a slight amount of pulling under 
a panic stop. If it still isn't as good as you'd like, drive it some 
more (a few hundred miles, make sure to stop completely every time you 
back up) and see if it gets better.
