In that case I am inclined to go with JR's suggestions. Smaller cam, performer intake and 650 carb. Be sure to ask summit if that cam will work with stock springs. Do your heads have the bridged rocker setup? if they do you have the lo compression heads. The machine work to plane the heads should cost no more then 30 bucks and the gaskets I suggested are .010" thinner then stock which will boost compression as well.  Don't forget the rest of the driveline combo.

 As for streetability the cam you have is only 2 steps up from stock. Stock lift is 440 and I think that cam is only 480. That cam is higher in the rpm range though 1500-5500 verses 1000-4000
