Re: [AMC-list] Phew! That's a relief (sweet smell, dry plugs)

AMK sells very high quality AM logo'd caps (https://www.amkproducts.com/chrysler_radiator_caps.asp). They're a bit spendy at $35 but they look exactly like the factory caps. Also, I've seen AM logo'd caps at Galvin's and Kennedy American.

<snip>
I couldn't find a "good" cap such as high quality Stant or a Gates. Gates
sold that part of its business and the only Stant I could find was a made in
china one with the stant name on it. Any way the cheapy works, and I drove
the Javelin on a 60 mile round trip last Friday evening with no glitches. I
was very happy to not have a puddle of green under the car with all the
brand X competition alongside us. The Javelin definitely attracted a lot of
attention, and once again it was the only AMC at the show and shine.

I'm still looking for a better cap, so if anybody has any suggestions on
what they've found please let me know.
