13/16" head on the '65 Ambo junker - sounds like the same style bolt, with
the seatbelt mfgr's logo on the head.  If the anchors are there in your '63,
it's starting to smell like a .us vs. .ca diff, alright.  Maybe Windsor 
lagged Detroit by a year.
