Tom,

You forgot to mention the wonderfully cool put legs over back of bench
seat, rest shoulders on floor, stick head up as far as you can then
shine the light. Just hope my wife doesn't find me in that position!

I'll fiddle with the switch next. The dashboard has no illumination at
night, so we just use a flashlight to check speed. I guess I could pop
the door open a fraction - but the flashlight works okay.
