I checked your link to Puradyn,  and it doesn't say they acquired Fram.  It 
says they entered into a strategic alliance with Honeywell Consumer Products 
Group, makers of Fram.  It sounds like they plan to market each others 
products.  The Fram website still says they're part of Honeywell.
