Hello everyone. I'm looking for some advice on a 727 swap into my 1971 258 automatic Hornet. I have a 1972 401 motor, and I can do either the T-10 or the 727, but I like the automatic from a leg room standpoint. Does the 727 clear the stock transmission tunnel or does the tunnel need to be modified? Does the stock Borg Warner 6 cylinder crossmember work with the 727? How can I connect to my existing Borg Warner shift linkage on the steering column? What kickdown linkage do you recommend? Thanks for your help. Bob Yahoo!
