I don't know how to comment on Joe's statement. I do think you had a hard 
question there. I wouldn't have any idea in the world. I will make one comment 
and I hope you don't take it wrong. Everything about owning an AMC car is hard. 
>From finding parts to finding someone to work on them if you can't do your work 
yourself. You have to remember AMC was a relatively small company that has been 
out of business for 20 years. On the other hand everyone on ever corner can 
find you a part and work on your Ford.

Joe, CHILL OUT. A lot of us AMC guys work on our cars but when it comes to the really tech. stuff we just don't have those kind of answers. I've been working and ownening AMC's since 1973 and I can tell you about stuff that interchanges or what have you but how far can you bore a 401? I could take a guess but that wouldn't be fair to you or me and I'm guessing there are others here on BAG with the same situation.  Gary

WTF????????????? The machine shop said that OLDSMOBILE
and BUICK guys are just as bad?? WTFFF is the deal
....again?? I "like" to share helpful info when i
locate something that may help others!! Guess i am  
the weird a$$ huh??   Some days i kinda wish i had
just stuck to my old FORD's! Atleast old ford guys
