Thanks Paul, but we all have our bit of expertise here. Mine is
painting, plastic repair, interiors except for seats as I don't sew and
fabricating and welding and I am a first class PIA when it comes to
detailing. When it comes to building engines I have always left that to
the machine shop. I will how ever when I have the V8 built for my yellow
car ask questions here for the right street combo. The machine shop
builds them and I swing them in. I am lucky as last year I ran into a
machinist that I knew 20 years ago that now has his own place and is
familiar with AMC V8's and 6's. Lucky me. Nothing like dealing with
competent people from the old school way of thinking and working.
