If you are talking about the tie rod end where it bolts to the steering knuckle after soaking it like everyone said use 2 hammers and hold one against one side of the steering knuckle and hit the other side with the other hammer. It will usually pop loose. This is an old trick I learned from my father. Or there is a tool for this. Some times it is difficult to help when you are not given the proper info such as part names.
