I guess that being a Californian makes you kind of skeptical about  
low mileage cars as they really do not exist. Seriously, you see 2002  
Grand Cherokees with 140K miles on them. We do a lot more driving  
here than they do back east I think. Crazy commutes! There are people  
who live in Sacramento and commute to San Francisco. That's more than  
a 100 miles each way.
