I had to relocate the voltage regulator 6 inches lower on the wheel well to install the horn. This morning I will have to shorten up the snorkel on the stock air cleaner so it clears the horn and plug in the horn to the cars wireing. There is nothing like a Dremil with a cut off wheel to make short work on the air cleaner housing mods. I also got the yellow car back from the shop after they installed the disc brakes late yesterday afternoon. They need to be tweeked to make me happy. The brake pedal is to low for me. For those of you that don't know there is an adjustment on the rod comeing out of the brake booster that can be shortened or lenghtened. Mine needs one turn I think to lengthen it to give me more pedal. You just remove the master cyl. adjust the rod and re-install the master. There is no bleedng needed. > "Doc" The aougha horn is functional in the orange car and I will bring the yellow car back to the shop tomorrow for the adjustment of the master cyl. rod to bring the brake pedal to my spec's. I'll return the caliper core's from the yellow cars disc brake conversion tomorrow and pick up all the rear brake parts for the orange cars rear brake job for next week. Hopefully last week was the last time I had to take money out of the bank for parts and repairs. Although I did almost no work on both cars in the last month I was running my A$$ off getting the right parts and replaceing the wrongly packaged parts. I owe my parts guy big time for all his work in getting the parts in the short period of time I had to have them. When the !@#$%^ Judge finanlly get's off his dead A$$ and sign's the papers I think I will give the parts man 50$ for all his extreme efforts to get the parts I needed on time for repairs that needed to be done in a short amount of time. Have a good night everyone. "Doc"
