Thanks Eddie on the site. Technically it is right for Kentucky. You can't register your car with manufacture date tags but you can have them on your car. You have to register it with the historic plates then you can put them on your car. You can put the original plates on it or even have one made. As for as the numbers they can be anything you want. If you have ten cars they could all have the same number. The only thing you have to have your historic plates in the car. You can keep them under the seat but they have to be in the car so you can show them to the cops if they stop you. Terry
