I have to look in the hardware store. If memory serves me right, I used 1/2"X 1" dark gray foam glue backed insulation on a roll like you use on doors and window for drafts in a house on the yellow car 3-4 years ago. It has worked fine. But things change and maybe there is somthing better now. I think I also use it to seal the package tray A/C ducts to the A/C heater box. Tomorrow I will check out the local hardware store for some foam. I also used it on the heater box on the orange Hornet last fall to make a new heater box gasket when I installed the new heater core.
