I used a 95 Grand Cherokee high pressure hose.
cut the hose right at the O-ring to box fitting.
 then moved the nut from the saginaw hose to the O-ring ende and redid the flare
We have an aeroquip shop in town and they can make anything thing you need.
Just remember the hose you are having made is for 19XX tractor and you will never have a problem
getting the hose made mention auto use and some shops will refuse the work. Too much liability
