now this has me laughing!  a 4x4 without even fulltime on most models,
with a solid front axle, is a 'sport sedan'?!?

my gf and i both have cherokees.  even the relatively-rare 2wd models
had solid front axles, like postal jeeps.  and check the ground
clearance!

okay, that 4.0 - and truck gearing - made the cherokee faster than a
5.0 mustang, but still...
