This was worth forwarding to the list! In the 2nd video a 69 and 72 
Javelin are in front at a vintage race and stay there! The 72 starts out 
in front then gets passed by the 69. No one else goes around them. Neat 
watching two Javs battle it out!! Except for the announcer mentioning 
other cars you'd think those were the only two on the track. The 72 has 
the camera, so maybe he let the 69 pass just to have something to record??!!

Hello,

Thanks to StreetLegalTV.com, here are some classic videos to look at. 
The 1^st video of the Mark Donohue footage raises the hair on your back 
when you see that #6 flying around the course...& winning! The 2^nd 
video is current day Vintage Trans Am racing some in '09 & '10 & they're 
seriously racing for keeps!! The Javelins were absolutely amazing, crank 
up the volume on this one & watch the onboard driver camera shots which 
are very cool too! Listen closely to the announcer you can hear him tell 
the spectators where the "other" cars were in the field!

Hope you enjoy it, what a real fantastic piece of AMC history & proof 
how tough these cars are! J Please share with all your AMC friends & fans.
