afaik no reason why not, though there may be some reason i don't know.
nicest would be the 10" used on everything from '73 v8 cars to '89
cherokees and wranglers, but also '80-ish concord wagons and spirit
amxs [and a few others] with amc15 axles - you'd need those backing
plates.

i think so.  it could be somthing minor like valves that would free up
with a little heat and oil.  or...
