Rich; on the trunk light issue. I got tired of the trunk light being on during the day when I had the lid open for hours at a time. I hollowed out the switch, ran a wire directly to the base of the switch and hooked up a toggle. Now when I want the lights on, just throw the switch.
And I did the same to the dome light, rather a cut out when I don't want the light on during daylight. The door switch still works, but now I can turn off the light when I choose......Russ
