Can't help with the mount, but the M-35 (early ones were called T-35) and M-37 are essentially the same trans -- the 37 is a beefed up 35. Doesn't matter what they call it, the kit is the same for all. Might be a couple extra clutches in the 37, not real sure what the differences are.

Today I swapped out the '68 Rebel's M37 (trans shop said it was a T35?)
