Oh yeah
Buy a tube of prothanes lube. The bushings come with lube but I use a lot to firmly coat all surfaces.

They do have the parts you need, they're just not "AMC parts". Check this

Instructions are above. I think I had a bit of urethane squeak but beats
metal on metal clunking and harm.
