Well, I've salvaged worse. I've used iodine with good results on rusty
cylinders like that, but the PB Blaster or Marvel Mystery Oil should do the
trick. The keys are patience and liberal applications of your penetrant.
Also, be prepared to either seriously bore or perhaps sleeve those
cylinders. That head is going to need some work -- looks like everything
from the valves up is gone. Good luck!
