Drip edges suck, Usually takes time and a couple of flat bladed screwdrivers to work off from the bottom.

The fuzzy is likely rusted to the gate, the metal itself on the fuzzy is stainless but the clips aren't.
The guys name who makes all the fuzzies escapes me. Maybe this bump will bring it up and someone will chime in his name! 
  Just came to me, Peter Stathes, run a search he'll come up.
