Both PPG and Pilkington (L-O-F) have classic/antique auto glass 
operations.  PPG, in particular, claims to have a large inventory of 
glass for "all makes, all models" in this 
flyer:

My guess is that document is intended for the auto glass trade, so do 
as Mark suggested and check with your local auto glass dealer 
first.  If they have trouble, point them to the PPG vintage group.
