Depending on the cubic inch and exactly what you mean by relatively stock.  If it is a 304 with not much cam, Performer.  If it is a 401 with a stock or almost stock spec cam, still Performer if you are looking for all around fuel economy and mild drive-ability.  If it is a 401 with lets say a slightly larger cam like a .488 or higher lift and a little more duration and best fuel economy is not really your ultimate goal, then the Air Gap.
 
For smaller engines and close to stock larger ones where you want the most out of the intake and the best fuel economy, then I prefer the Offenhauser Dual Port intake over the Performer.

Alright, for a relatively stock motor, which manifold is better?? The Performer or the new Air Gap?
