Take the studs out and press them apart, or BFH if not reusing the drum.
If you need the drum, well, I'd heat it around the hub abd spray it with PB blaster of equiv till it comes loose. After all these years it may be real stuck.
Honestly, to clear the hub, I just use a BFH and watch my knuckles. Drive the studs out and knock the drum off.
I always keep the hubs for whatever may need them.
