There are people out there who will custom build clutches as well

Of course there is more than one part to a clutch

In my 64 Classic I use a Toyota Dyna (small truck) Clutch Plate and a custom
built Chev 12 inch? (to fit the outer holes in my fly wheel)Pressure plate

Of course this goes between my 232 & Toyota 5 speed

Took several goes to get the attaching bolts to stop hitting the bell
housing and the pressure plate was also out of balance but it works
beautifully now

Besides all the other suggestions already given, you can have your 
clutch relined (check Hemmings Motor News for sources). The AMC Rambler 
Club's parts source book lists http://www.then-now.com/ as a source of 
clutch parts. They rebuilt the fuel pump in my 67 American a few years 
ago. I wouldn't hesitate to buy stuff from them.
