Ok, I get the picture now,,,,,,,,,,  They only sell the drum less the center 
hub?  I guess that is what threw me. I have to remove the studs and replace 
them on the hub after sliding the new drum on the hub.

Ok, I'll check into this before I return these drums to NAPA..

You can tell I am a novice mechanic. I have never had to do this before. I 
had always got a new drum WITH the center hub already attached.
