Didn't this info get posted a week or two ago?
.090" comes to mind.
I dhould have a plate for an automatic.
We just got 7" of snow, my sheds buried, I can't move anything right now.
Or I'd go dig one out.
Dr said no lifting of anything over 10lbs for the next month. Then he will finally sign off on weight training and conditioning. It's more like WAIT training!
ARG!!! At least the stitches are gone and tomorrow I can shower [well, actually I've been showering since Monday, but we aren't telling him that]!!.....
