The Right Answer: Give her the Concord.  When she tires of it, you can THEN 
get the parts.

The Semi-right Answer:  Swap the parts so she has a running Concord with 
non-tilt wheel and drum brakes.

The Wrong Answer (aka 'Sleep On The Couch Answer'): "Dear, I bought that 
car for parts. Suck it up."
