I have bought a few parts from there over the years
but these were parts they had lying around.  They will
not part any cars but they will sell complete cars for
the right price.  They have some rare cars and
combinations and from what I remember the prices were
top dollar.  If you are looking for a rare car, not
rusted out (southern rust free body), and complete but
needing restoration, they are worth looking into.

Could be just old warped memory though.

The irony of all this is, with all the road salt the welded
system would work a lot better; water wouldn't creep into the
stupid clamed joints. ANd the clamp-together stuff would last
a hell of a lot longer in CA, with anti-seize, you probably
COULD take it apart later!

Except for actual restoration, why does anyone mess with those
annoying and rare parts?

Conceptually and perhaps for awhile, 

problem I encountered is that the welding
process destroys the 'coating' and the metal
at the weld area rots thru / perforates, before 
the system is due for replacement.

Replaced the entire system 2X on my former 1989
Honda Civic Si before I hit a Deer just get rid of
the car.

  As far as spotting a V8 crossmember while glancing
into a car, there are two pad mounting slots in V8
mounting perches, and only one pad mounting hole in
Six perches.  Another approach to a conversion is
simply to weld a plate of 1/8" to 1/4" steel(sized
around 2-1/2 by about 4-1/2 inches) to the six
cylinder mounts, drilled to pick up the six cylinder
mounting position and tie it to the frame and V8
mounting position.  I think that Baadass Gremlins
might have the drawings for these plates.  I have a
copy of these drawings myself, and I'll find them if
you need them.

Hello, I have an 85' Eagle 4x4 ,258,auto.
  It was driving /shifting fine.  I parked it one day,then got in and drove off and stopped to check my mail. IT will not move now. I can jack it up and it will roll the wheels but will not shift. I checked the fluid it is good and clean. I dropped the pan changed the filter ,same problem. Any suggesions??? Could there be an easy fix.?? Never any signs of going bad!!

Also I am looking for f&r bumpers and a right frot fender for a 65' American 330??

On channel 42 (The S.F. Bay Area), the USA channel.  A few weeks back there
was a brief glimpse of a green 72ish Gremlin.  Tonight there was a stunning
77 blue Gremlin with white stripes.  A very good shot of it.  A delivery
kid, delivering flowers, got the delivery out of the hatch.  How cool.

I plan to do the quick fix with coffee cans, tin snips, patching cement and

This is one of those east coast/west coast things; here in CA
pretty much no one I know messes with those pre-formed tailpipe
parts; you just go to a muffler shop that bends the stuff up on
the spot, all welded.  My 258 six Hornet, done last spring, cost
under $200 (I supplied the Summit muffler). Took an hour, it's
bigger than stock and a hell of a lot fewer bends and no flats.

When I lived in the Boston area, (left there in 1984...) muffler
shops had dozens of those pre-bent pipes with swaged ends hanging
all over the walls, all held together with those crappy clamps.
If I remember right, bending tubing was not common.

Not that anyone cares here, but Jerry Casper had a google imagery from 
space, thuoght it was cool so decided to see if my junk is scaring NASA 
shuttle astronauts when they fly over Houston. The white car in the center 
is my 82 Eagle and the yellowish/green car behind it is my 69 Ambassador 
SST. Off to the right is the big blue water tower catty corner behind the 
house that shows up in some of my car photos.

 Can anyone tell me the difference in a V8 and 6
cylinder Engine K-member in a 1977 Hornet AMX? Eddie

 HOWEVER, the main question Eddie asked, and still
didn't get answered, is, HOW do you tell the
difference between the two? SIMPLE - the 6 cylinder
has a flat pad with a single hole in it to the back of
the crossmember, the V-8 has an angled mount on each
side, with one hole and one SLOT in each. The slot is
the critical key to look for, obviously. So in a
nutshell, that's the telling difference, one hole , or
a slot and a hole. No male/female jokes, please! LOL.
There's your answer, Eddie. :)

  Just curious...
I have noticed that SC/Rambler grilles are painted
completely black.  Are they the same as 68-69 grilles,
with the "silver bar" painted black also, or are they
the same as a 67 grille, without the bar from later?
Can't seem to find any good pics at the moment... I
assume this is the "satin" or "competition" black as
opposed to flat black.

 WANTED: I need a passenger side rear quarter panel for a 1968 2dr sedan 
Rambler American. Car was side swiped in a parking lot last summer. This car
