Jeff, this just means that messages sent to your mail box were boiunced
back to the list server as undeliverable. Your service could have been
down at the time, or your mail box full. The re-confirm messages are
part of the automatic house keeping of the list software. It tries to
send a couple times, then waits and sends the reconfirm message a couple
times (spread apart a day or so) before deleting your address.

What does "bounce" mean ? I'm not doing anything on my end other than
reviewing people's posts and maybe, a total of 3 times posting myself.

Before I follow the steps below I want to know if this email is
legitimate and how/why people are perceiving me as a "bouncer".
