As in 1" larger diameter -- 12" rotors (IIRC the standard Concord rotor is ~11")?? If so, are they the same thicknes (0.8x") and do they use the same bearings? If that bigger rotor will fit a Concord spindle, and is the same thickness, just a new cut from 3/8" sheet steel caliper adapter will get you a bigger brake -- will just require 15" wheels. Should be the same thickness if the same caliper is used -- Eagle used same thickness rotor as Concord IIRC.
