I put a B body 8 3/4 in my Donohue. It fit without modification. The spring perches vary by 1/2" but that is only 1/4" per side. I just kicked the springs apart to seat the center bolt. This axle is 3" wider then the early Javelin but will work fine in a lumpy. Since I already had a 727 trans, I used a Chrysler driveshaft which was pretty beefy. The Challenger manual trans driveshaft may fit without shortning but I first used a auto trans shaft that was 1" longer and it cost me a trans, exhaust system and driveshaft at 90 mph on the freeway. I ended up shortning a large car driveshaft after replacing the transmission and welding a patch in the floor. I now run 2 driveshaft safty loops on my prostreet car. I ran the large yoke and a 3:91 factory limited slip in the stronger case. I no longer own the car so I am not sure of the part numbers.
