mopar 8 3/4 rear in 74 AMX...

OK, i've not received hardly ANY help/info at all 
with this?  I know a few AMC listers have done it.
Whats needed to swap a 68-69 B body rear into my 74
AMX? . And..what is the strength of the WEAK 741
casting? 68-69 B body is roughly 1" narrower than my
stock rear end. I have a 391   489 case to
install...looking for a 742/489 with 355 gears also.
