>matt i have had this problem, roll down the window and pull up while pushing the door open. if both handles dont work, you may have to take off the inside panel to open the door if the door has droped some ( a common problem on gremlins ) you can adjust the door by CAREFULY!! prying the door up with a 2x4 but be careful!! too much pressure can damage the door hope this helps, dwight
