My husband & I always associated car shows with older cars but the last two 
car shows we've been to have been run by people wanting to show off their 
brand new corvettes. They even won prizes for their cars. Ours was the 
only AMC at either of them, but they had no categories for AMC's. One guy 
told us that we were awfully brave to even show our car in public. We were 
so shocked we didn't know what to say.
