Finding the parts to do a 4 speed swap is starting to get hard.  It took me about 2 years to gather all the parts that I needed, and be ready to paid top dollar.  If I had it to do over again, I think I would go with a BW T5  5 speed swap. Here is a link of a guy who did one, and it seams pertty stright forward.

As for the window channels, just do search for Gremlin window channels, there are several suppliers out there.  I like to do busniess with Kennedy American http://kennedyamerican.com/  they stock all the door parts that you may need.

Am in process of restoring a 73 Gremlin, Originally a six with auto. Am converting to 304. Am looking for a complete 4 speed set up. Need every thing to make swap, I.E. Bellhousing, trans,flywheel,etc. Any help would be great. Also looking for a supplier for the door window channels that the glass follows into the door frame. Thanks for the help
