On the tires for sale, this sort of common swap meet mentality, there are all sorts of 
tactics and stratagies on boths sides of coins. Sometimes hit them up first day before 
swap meet open and make them offer or find out what they want and make counter offer. 
Others want to see if the item(s) will still be for sale last day of meet, but that 
strategy usually fails as most times the seller's have packed up and left early due to 
little or no interest in whatever they have for sale, been there done that at meets here 
in south. I like the folks who like to barter or trade up/down + - $ though!
