I would look an Eddy or indy SR head. Is it worth it to you to invest $ in
  the old iron head?

      | Yes, the first set is the worst, needing new valves,
seats, guides and springs.  The set with the bridged rockets
just needs a valve job on it.

              | I'm building a mild 401 street engine for my Gremlin,
and I two heads to choose from.  the first set is casting
                number 3216090 - from a 360/401 with 58cc chamber & stud
rockets.  The second is casting number 3231475 - from a
360/401 with 58cc chamber & bridged rockets.  Which
would be the better set of heads?  I do plan on running a
set of Roller Rocker Arms.  Or should I just buy a set of
                Edelbrock Aluminum Heads.   Ed |
