I sent him the answer I used. I too installed one of those hi-volume water pumps on my 360. I purchased a second crank pulley, cut the pulley part off so I had left just a flat spacer with holes matching the original pulley (about 1/8-3/16" thick). The original pulley had a shoulder that centered it in the vibration damper and that had to be removed, with the spacer inbetween the damper and the now modified original crank pulley, everything matches up (well not everything, had to space the alternator bracket and the power steering bracket out evenly also, but those just required a couple of washers here and there. Haven't lost a belt yet, did this mod in 2003.  Gary 'Themix2' in Cleveland
