Here when you bring one in from out of state you have to take it and have it inspected by the sherifs department. About the only thing they do. Along with the vin number which they actually call in about they do a safety check. I am not sure what you do if you just bring one in that you are going to restore.

Ya...they do that in Idaho to....... $5 and they will not go out of the
building 15 minutes
