You can still buy hinge pins and bushings from Mother Mopar. They are the same as Jeep. I rebuilt my Gremlin's door hinges with them and they worked fine.

 

Bushing Part Number is   J3698103

If you use the bushing, you should also use a new hinge pin.

Hinge pin # is                  J3615486

  

 At least, you could get them a couple of years ago.

There's also a good chance that the door has worn bushings. Replacing the 
bushings should true it up a bunch, then do your final adjustment as Davis 
described.
