From: KC0MOG@xxxxxx Hi Eddie, just wondering if you might be able to
tell me what is the difference in the drive axles from 70-76 Gremlin/Hornets and
the 78 model. The salvage yards here keep telling me only 78-83 axles fit my 78
gremlin. The only diff I see is the rubber isolator on the 78 and newer and the
brakes. Trying to put a model 20 under mine but they keep telling me they wont
work since the "book says they didnt have V8's so the model 35 dana is all that
fits". Even when I tell them I have a welder and set of perches. Sorry for the
ramble/rant but this car has not been driveable for almost 6 months with bent
and twisted rear axle housing and I refuse to put another 6 cyl rear in it!.
Thanks for any reply.  Jack Ward  KC0MOG@xxxxxx
