Everyone - - Charlie, I think you had started a list of who wanted
decals, Correct???? Do you still have it???? The Graphics shop in
Minneapolis where I have stuff for work done, did up a sample for me
going off of the 5 Litre decal I got off the internet. That decal was
screenprinted and the one he did a sample of was two color vinyl. I
felt the quality was just as good as the
screenprinted one, and you
had to get very close visually to tell the difference and the feel
was a tiny bit thicker, but the price will be around the ten dollar
mark versus 30 dollars each. Color choices are whatever you want,
like green w/black outline or blue w/white ouline or whatever.....
Quantity is not an issue, we can get 5 or 50, don't matter, same
price. They told me that if they have something (a sample) to go
from, then they can reproduce ANYTHING. They said that if someone
wanted exact color matches to their car color then that is more of a
one on one job that would have to be worked out with each individual
person but prices would still be comparable. We would have to order
the 6.6 Litre decal from the internet in order for him to copy the
font of the "6", which would be another $29.00 investment devided out
over all who wanted the 6.6 Litre decal. He also stated that any good
graphics shop in what
ever city that we all live in, should be able
to do the same thing for the same price of about ten dollars, in case
someone just wanted to have theirs made locally. Hope this helps, Bob
