Thanks to everyone for their responses. I bought the intake used a couple of years ago. I pulled it out last week and it has the tin baffle attached. Jim said the baffle will cover the PVC hole in the intake...does that make it non-functional?And Bob advised against using the tin/metal intake gasket, but I haven't heard any other suggestions. What's the problem with the tin/metal?Thanks again. Surgery on the Gremlin is scheduled for next Friday. I'm also looking into getting my used replacement fenders painted so the car will be in good shape for the AMO nationals that are in my neighborhood this summer.Dave72 Gremlin X 304-----Original Message-----

If you have not....you will need to transfer the under side tin baffle
from the old intake to the new Performer
intake....this will cover the PCV hole in the intake....
