I feel for ya.
paypal is the WORST financial institution in the world.
I lost 1500+ from chargebacks. 
After they froze my account, I had to take them to the BBB to get my
2400 back. 
It was quite comical when they sent me an e-mail letting me know they
recovered a portion of my 380.00 from some guy who ripped me off. Big
letter boasting their investigative tactics, and abilitys to recover
funds. They recovered 7 cents.
