Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Re: 73 AMC Hornet Carb question?

Luke I got that mileage with a re-jetted Holley Economaster 1 bbl carb
with a free flow air filter and my own cold air package. I also added a
recurve dist kit and an Acell Super coil, I added a flexilite fan and a
B&M trans pack and a free flow muffler. The rear gears are what ever
came with the 258/904 engine and tranny combo. I also ran 32 lbs of air
in the E-60-14 bias ply tires. When the car was new it only got 12 mpg
until the engine had 1500 miles on it and was broke in and then stock it
went to 20 mpg.
