In the end, it 100% completely and without at doubt
totally about MONEY.

We buy a store and fail, we're pissed because we lost
MONEY.  'They' by the same store and are successful,
we're pissed because 'they' are somehow cheating at it
and couldn't possibly be doing it better than 'us' and
now making MONEY at it, MONEY that we think should be
'ours' by birthright, not theirs. 

'We' always gotta have some external reason to deflect
our frustrations and shortcomings and project them on
to 'them' to feel better about 'us' so who better to
rag about than the person or persons willing to do
what 'they' have to do to make MONEY, which in the end
was a lot more than 'we' were willing to do?

Walmart is successful because the save MONEY by hiring
cheap labor and buying 'cheap shit' and selling it to
'us' for less MONEY.  We complain they're putting 'us'
out of work by offering low wages and selling cheap
stuff, but yet 'we' support them 100% and want and
need them to be successful because 'they' enable 'us'
to go to a single place (we're lazy) to buy 'cheap
shit' (we're not rich) and thus save us the little
MONEY we do have.

If 'we' had the MONEY,  'we' would think of 'them' as
trash.  If 'they' had the money, 'we' would think them
foreigners that stole it from 'us' by taking advantage
of 'us', never mind that 'they' were willing to work
harder, longer, and most definitely smarter than 'us'.
 It's always a bitter pill to swallow when someone
'different' does it better than 'us'.

In the end, as said, it always, always comes down to,
and is about, MONEY.
